1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of dreamsengine.com, operated by Dreams Engine, Miraflores 221, Insurgentes San Borja, Benito Juárez, 03100 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site presents our services and lets you request a call. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Consulting and development engagements are governed exclusively by the separate written agreements we sign with each client; if those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements prevail.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe or overload its APIs, circumvent its anti-bot or rate-limiting measures, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that you have no right to share.

4. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request does not create an engagement, a deadline, or any obligation on either side beyond our intention to reply. We may decline requests at our discretion.

5. AI features

The optional "Refine with AI" feature rewrites text you provide, using a third-party model. Its output is generated automatically and provided as is: review it before relying on it. You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit confidential information or third-party personal data through the form.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, and the Dreams Engine name and logos are our property or used under licence. Client and partner names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify real business relationships; no endorsement of your use is implied. You may not reproduce site content commercially without our written permission.

7. Third parties

The site relies on third-party infrastructure (hosting, security, email delivery, AI processing) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreams Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and disputes are subject to the courts of Mexico City, except where mandatory law of your place of residence grants you a different forum.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
